The scraper self cleaning filter is mainly suitable for filtering fluids which containing a large amount of gravity particles in the medium. The liquid flows in from the inlet of the filter, from top to bottom, and then flows through the surface of the filter element to the outlet. The scrapers are driven by the motor which assembles a corrector inside. When a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter element, the scrapers will rotate tightly against the surface of the filter element to scrape off the impurities. The impurities accumulate in the collection chamber along with the downward liquid. When a certain amount of impurities accumulated, the automatic drain valve of the collection chamber opens to discharge the liquid which containing high concentration impurities, and the residual liquid is discharged for recovery or drain.





The scraper self cleaning filter (SSC filter) exported by our company is a new type of high-efficiency scraper self-cleaning filter independently developed by Hempal Company. The innovative design of self-cleaning operation easily solves the problem of frequent clogging when other traditional filters work with viscous materials and soft impurities. The filter element will be always kept clean and high concentration impurities will be discharged from the waste liquid, besides reducing material waste. It has great advantages in filtering with poor quality water and viscous materials such as adhesives, resins, polymers, and oils, with higher efficiency. By using mechanical scraping to automatically remove particle impurities on the inner surface of the filter element, continuous online filtration can be achieved. Precise filtration (Precision range of 30-1500 microns) can quickly scrape impurities off the surface of the filter element. Thereby it can efficiently removing more impurities, and suitable for filtering water and various viscous liquids. And due to intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and automatically discharge the sewage valve signal.
